• developing and managing the company’s extranet, unifying and centralizing processes of O & M, human resources, financial management, timesheet, customer portal, ERP, CRM, communication, among others;
• saving over US$ 300,000 in development and US$ 120,000/year processes;
• creating electronic clipping and multi-task robot search system, automating the process of capturing news from over 150,000 vehicles (newspapers, magazines, Orkut, Facebook, Twitter, blogs and other sites);
• 60% reduction in operating costs with process automation and a 40% increase in revenue with the creation of new products (graphical analysis, document scanning, creation of own ERP with detailed analyzes and integrated into Microsiga, creating products for iPad website development to clients);
• implementation of AJAX technology, reducing operating costs and creating innovative products and solutions;
• creation of the “Customer Portal” tool where the whole company and clients communicate with several different tools.
